Good question! Some trash bin owners clean out their own cans using a hose and brush or mop. This takes a considerable amount of time and effort; yet doesn't get the results possible with our system. Bacteria, mold, and algae grow until they are completely eradicated. Fantastic Bins uses hot 200 degree F water and 3000 pound per square inch pressure to completely remove all the visible, and invisible, harmful bacteria. Plus, we use a commercial deodorizer to remove odors left behind with traditional methods of cleaning the trash bins.
Also, we remove all of the dirty water from the cleaning process in our tanks to take and dispose of properly. A much better option than running the dirty water to your property. See our blog article at https://www.cleanourbins.com/post/why-clean-your-trash-bins-anyway (https://www.cleanourbins.com/post/why-clean-your-trash-bins-anyway)
Very affordable! From only $25 per visit, you get a lot. We bring our equipment to your curb, bring our filtered water and heat it to 200 degrees. The advanced pressure washing system lifts your bin into our truck and sprays with over 3000 psi pressure, ensuring a thorough clean. We also deodorize the can leaving it smelling fresh.
No contracts! We only require you to fulfill the subscription that you sign up for. A subscription is an agreement for four visits. If you need to cancel before the subscription ends, not a problem. Simply give us an email or call and we can adjust your rate to the number of cleanings we provided. Usually this is a $25 difference from the discount for a fulfilled subscription. The subscription that you sign up for is discounted from the one-time cleaning fee. The more often we clean your bins, the less cost. We do ask for a four visit minimum with the discounted subscription plans.
We start our routes in the morning and end in the evenings. The bins must be emptied for us to perform our cleaning service. As trash and recycle trucks come at different times of the day, we schedule cleanings the day after the bins are empty to ensure we can service the cans.
The bins do not need to be left at the street/curb. If they are brought up to the house after they are emptied, we will find them the next day and bring to the street for cleaning. Then we return the bins up to the location you have left them - and they will be clean and smelling fresh!
Depending on your subscription, we will come to your home to clean your bins every month, every-other-month, or once every three months. The date of the cleaning will be provided to you once you have signed up. We are in each neighborhood in different weeks and on each trash pickup. Your bins will be cleaned the day after your trash pick up day. Simply leave your cans at the curb, and we will be at your curb the very next day.
Absolutely! Simply contact us by phone, text, or email and we will gladly pause your subscription. Service will be resumed the next scheduled cleaning day, and your term will extend so you still receive all the cleanings in your subscription.
Our system collects the water that was used to clean the inside of your bin in our storage tanks. We take this water and dispose of it properly. Any debris that comes off or out of your trash bin from the cleaning process gets taken away as well. This is an eco-friendly option compared to cleaning the cans with a hose and letting the runoff go to the ground.
